Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather data to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk assessment goals, compliance requirements, and scenario recall sites
- Process data from various systems throughout our US and global operations, creating dashboards to help stakeholders scope risk and assess the maturity of related controls
- Apply analytical expertise to evaluate risk, drawing insights and relationships from data and communicating findings to compliance experts, lawyers, and business leaders
- Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis, soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters
- Ability to create meaningful visualizations and use data to "tell a story"
- Programming skills in R or Python
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things
