About the Role We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis, with the option to work hybrid in the future. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals. Key Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service Utilize your sales and account management skills to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Collaborate with our team to share best practices and continuously improve our recruitment processes Who You Are We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong passion for recruitment.
