About the Role
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients and customers. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help us create positive experiences and deliver comprehensive solutions to their healthcare-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from patients and customers, providing empathetic and personalized support.
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
- High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment.
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule (24/7/365).
- Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
