About the Role
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from members regarding their prescription benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Understand, apply, and communicate client-specific prescription benefit and pharmacy claim processing information to members

- Troubleshoot pharmacy claims in real-time, verifying information and entering allowed overrides as necessary
- Send documents to providers electronically, maintaining efficient communication and reducing delays

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of prior medical customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy benefits or healthcare setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40wpm, 500kph), enabling you to efficiently and effectively communicate with members
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet, with the ability to review documents and navigate systems efficiently
