As a Work at Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You will work from the comfort of your own home, navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone.
