Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
- Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
- Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
- Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
- Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with the required regulations, policies, and procedures
- Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting
Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Customer interaction experience is preferred
- Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
- Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years, with an Associate's Degree preferred
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to be between $17.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on the shift and other considerations permitted by law.
