About the Role
This Data Entry Specialist position will be working with Cost and Tasks Investigation, focusing on improving efficiency, automation, and supplier experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Executing models, developing tools, and algorithms to enhance processes related to our case environment.
- Identifying and measuring opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and adjustment.
- Creating, validating, and implementing algorithms and predictive models to investigate issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions.
- Investigating, comparing, and interpreting large volumes of data in various formats.
- Performing analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems.
- Using advanced statistical procedures and numerical analyses.
- Creating data models and pipelines to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs.
- Utilizing data visualization methods to communicate analytical results and support business decisions.
- Making and assessing the data needs of assigned projects and ensuring the integrity of the data.
- Investigating existing data and suggesting additional sources of data for improvements.
Required Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of significant analytical experience.
- Experience programming using R or Python.
- Experience in SQL.
