Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy
- Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and providing order activity updates to the Sales Support Manager or Supervisor
- Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by arenaflex Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested, and drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence
- Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources, as well as acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
- Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and completing special operational and client projects as assigned
- Educating customers on arenaflex products and services, and providing exceptional customer support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and payroll processing
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and performance standards
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a payroll or commission-based environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features
