Key Responsibilities Utilize our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with Driver/Job Quick Match capabilities to efficiently match drivers with job openings Build and maintain relationships with drivers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recruitment services Conduct outreach and engagement activities to attract top driver talent, including making calls and preparing applications Collaborate with our back-office support team to ensure seamless submission of driver applications to carriers Stay up-to-date with industry trends, carrier requirements, and market conditions to continuously improve recruitment strategies Meet and exceed performance targets, leveraging our truly uncapped earning potential structure Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: No prior experience in driver recruitment is required; however, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
