Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information.

- Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions using a Retail Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change.

- Marketing and Promotions: Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area item and signage.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful as a Retail Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant tension.
