Job Summary
As a Sales Lead Generator & Telemarketer at Workwarp, you will be responsible for driving business growth by communicating with business owners, identifying marketing problems, and proposing solutions to increase their sales. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our professionals to set up appointments and close sales. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Expand B2B business development in Fairfax County by communicating with business owners and identifying current marketing problems and possible solutions to increase their sales.
- Outbound Calls: Perform outbound calls to business owners, setting up appointments for fellow team members to meet and close sales.
- Print Advertising Products: Manage print advertising products from initial phase to completion, in coordination with team members.
- CRM Software: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Team Meetings: Participate in daily TEAMs meetings and weekly in-person meetings.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: 1 year of sales experience (or equivalent)
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license
- Phone and Equipment: Phone to contact customers
- Self-Starter: Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision after initial training

- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing principles and practices
- Sales Software: Experience with CRM software and sales tools
