• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and procedures for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
• Respond to "entry-level" claims inquiries, take "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies, and process enrollment and disenrollment procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, interacting professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
• Work effectively as a team contributor, communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
