- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and procedures for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP).
- Respond to "entry-level" claims inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to our members.
- Process "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies, ensuring that our members receive the support they need.
- Understand and execute "entry-level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transitions for our members.
- Enter prospective members into our software database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain current source documents and reference materials, staying informed about our services and policies.
- Interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work collaboratively as a team contributor, communicating and coordinating with other employees and organizations to achieve our goals.
