Position Summary
arenaflex has multiple openings for Senior Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work-from-home role, offering a competitive wage of $18.50/hr to support our operations across Florida and New York. This is a remote position based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, with a standard schedule of 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in handling customer service inquiries and resolving problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries.

Required Qualifications
