About the Role

As a key member of our site leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a team of Area Managers, leading operational teams on a shift, and driving operational excellence to create the Amazon of tomorrow. You'll work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security, to design and deliver initiatives that improve operational performance across our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to achieve operational excellence and drive business results
- Lead operational teams on a shift, dealing with issues and positively impacting site performance
- Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and put in place actions to improve operational excellence
- Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security, to drive business outcomes
- Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance and drive innovation
A Day in the Life of a Senior Operations Manager
As a Senior Operations Manager, your day will be filled with a variety of challenges and opportunities. You'll lead shifts at one of our operational sites, working closely with your team to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives. Basic Qualifications
