This role is an integral part of OAP's Airport Customer Service (ACS) Resource Planning group. The team is responsible for analyzing key operational and strategic staffing metrics to support operational and financial performance. As a Senior Operations Research Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including the development of predictive models and analytics to proactively identify required ACS resource planning needs. Your work will involve collaboration with multiple cross-functional ACS divisions, analysis of resource utilization to identify more optimal and efficient solutions, and reporting on the execution of resource planning initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. Essential qualifications include experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, as well as solid business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams and excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills are also crucial. You must be a strong team player, detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure. Experience with MS Office and the ability to influence without authority in a matrix environment are required. A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency is the minimum educational requirement.
