Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be part of our Procure to Pay Operations team, providing essential support to internal customers across various business units, including Sourcing, Planning, Accounts Payable, and more. Your expertise will span global scale operations, ensuring seamless and efficient Procure-to-Pay activities. As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for developing fluency in multiple systems, including Oracle, Ariba/SAP, Aravo, Pega, and Zendesk, and supporting triage activities within Procure-to-Pay workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Results: Develop and maintain expertise in several systems, supporting triage activities within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams, and ensuring end-to-end ownership and analytical skills to provide solutions.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Functional knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) with 2-3 years of experience.
- Experience in developing and using complex SQL queries or other similar database tools, with 2-3 years of experience.
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
- Working knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, supply chain operations, contracting practices, and purchasing practices or invoicing practices.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a global Procure-to-Pay environment.
- Knowledge of Ariba/SAP, Aravo, Pega, and Zendesk systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
