- Active Teaching License: A special education generalist (5-21) and/or special education specialist (5-21) endorsement(s) is required.
- Substitute Authorization: You must have or be in the process of obtaining this authorization if your teaching license is expired.
- Three Professional References: One reference must be from a previous direct supervisor, highlighting your teaching skills and experience.
- Background Checks: You will need to complete a background check for Scoot Education and the Colorado Department of Education to receive your Substitute Authorization.
