Our Co-Founders, hailing from the personal training industry, have crafted a unique set of offerings designed to empower our clients to "Live Long." By assembling a team of experts certified in various related fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, and Pilates, we've set a new standard in assisted stretching. Our proprietary Flexologist training program, backed by the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility, ensures that our clients receive a world-class stretching experience. As a Flexologist with StretchLab, you'll undergo comprehensive training to deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes, making a tangible difference in the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, tailored to their individual needs and goals. Learn and perform standard 25 and 50-minute 1:1 stretch sessions, as well as group stretch classes, focusing on all major muscle groups and extremities. Assess clients' bodies, discuss outcome goals, and customize stretch sessions accordingly to ensure optimal results. Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a high-end experience for every client and promoting future visits and membership options. Motivate and encourage clients throughout stretch sessions, building strong relationships and driving client retention. Manage client care by maintaining detailed client notes, booking weekly recurring appointments, and ensuring the safety of clients through proper stretch techniques and adherence to StretchLab policies. Participate in staff meetings, educational presentations, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture. Assist with sales, studio tours, and maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment to guarantee its availability for client use. Essential Qualifications and Requirements A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field, or a nationally certified/licensed profession in physical therapy, chiropractic care, personal training, massage therapy, yoga instruction, or Pilates teaching. Hands-on training and experience in anatomy, kinesiology, corrective exercise, post-rehab, injury prevention, and athletic training are highly valued. 1-2 years of previous experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting, with a proven track record of providing hands-on training to clients. The ability to perform stretch routines on clients of all sizes and age groups, with the physical stamina to lift a minimum of 25-30 lbs above the head with ease. Superior communication skills (verbal and written), with the capacity to connect with people and motivate them to achieve their goals. A passion for continually learning new principles in stretching, anatomy, fitness, health, and nutrition, coupled with a professional work ethic and adherence to our punctuality and attendance policies. A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all clients. Availability to undergo our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training, for which you will be compensated. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment, with a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Exceptional interpersonal skills, exuding empathy and compassion, with a genuine passion for helping others achieve long-term progress and results. A strong understanding of anatomy, with the ability to assess clients' needs and tailor stretch sessions accordingly. Experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. What We Offer A competitive hourly rate of $20 to $28, based on qualifications.
