Key Responsibilities Prepare and review tax projects and compliance for a diverse range of clients, from middle market to multinational engagements. Collaborate with specialty tax practice teams on complex tax matters, including state and local, international, and credits/incentives. Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on knowledge gained from client operations, processes, and business objectives. Manage, supervise, train, and lead staff through guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Oversee engagements and projects to achieve revenue and profit objectives, manage client budgets, and ensure timely invoicing and fee collection. Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events, both internally and externally. Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, flow-through entities, multi-state, and individual tax returns, as well as FAS 109 and FIN 48. Demonstrate excellent team skills, a positive attitude, and high ethical standards. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent; a Master's Degree, MST, JD, or other applicable advanced degree is preferred. CPA and/or EA certification is preferred. Four (4) or more years of experience in a professional services firm providing tax services, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Experience preparing and reviewing corporate returns, flow-through entities, multi-state, and individual tax returns, as well as FAS 109 and FIN 48. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
