As a Technical Consultant at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our new customers through their onboarding journey, from the initial purchase to confident everyday use of our software tools. Your expertise in current and emerging practices in the AEC industry, combined with your deep knowledge of the customer onboarding process and skill in training and teaching, will be instrumental in creating great customer experiences. You will develop and maintain learning content, leverage your knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs, and develop customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong background in the AEC industry, preferably with experience in customer-facing roles or training and development. Your deep understanding of CAD and BIM software applications, as well as your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, will be essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support and guidance.
Preferred qualifications include experience with customer onboarding processes, adult learning principles, and instructional design. A certification in a related field or a degree in a relevant discipline (such as architecture, engineering, or construction management) would be highly advantageous.
