Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a solid understanding of IT concepts and technologies
- An IT-related background, with experience in customer-facing roles or technical support
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
