We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead II to join our Backend Live Chat team. As a Technical Lead II, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the development of new features to improve time-to-value. You'll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to establish compelling goals, address cross-team issues, and ensure the overall quality and reliability of our product.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a strong senior engineer with experience leading small teams. You should have a passion for writing code and reading code, as well as a desire to foster an environment that encourages autonomy and psychological safety. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $191,100 - $305,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
