About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and track, document, and retrieve information in databases. You will be an amazing problem-solver, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, 1+ year of customer service experience, and the ability to work an evening or overnight schedule. Technical support experience is preferred, and you should have a high school diploma or GED.
