**Key Responsibilities**
As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer, you'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
* Developing and delivering training materials that emphasize customer confidentiality and security, as well as other essential topics
* Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
* Participating in client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, to ensure our team is meeting client expectations
* Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in all interactions with new employees
* Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that's always changing
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other essential areas
* Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Be able to work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST
* Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
* Have the ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others
* Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills
* Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results
* Have a keen sense of attention to detail and take the initiative to solve problems
* Be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people
* Be patient with various types of learners and skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion
* Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be available to work various shifts influenced by current business needs
* Have a college degree or equivalent work experience
* Hold a high school diploma or GED
* Pass background and drug tests
* Be experienced with the Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
