**Key Responsibilities**
As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical, logistical, and administrative queries. Your responsibilities will include:
* Enthusiastically supporting clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner, considering diverse user environments and scenarios.
* Promptly escalating complex problems to internal team members, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
* Demonstrating a familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with ongoing training and support.
* Continuously striving to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally.
* Monitoring live online video conferencing events and providing immediate assistance to participants.
**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll require:
* 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division.
* Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a plus.
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal – that recognize and adapt to the diverse range of arenaflex participants.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., WordPress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software.
* Outstanding task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued.
