Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored solutions to protect them against the risks associated with their travel plans. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the face of blithequark, providing a personalized and supportive experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think outside the box and respond to complex customer inquiries. A proven track record of sales experience is beneficial, as is experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of domestic and international travel and geography.
