Job Description: We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter who excels in fast-paced recruiting environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing and managing candidates, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen ability to identify potential red flags early in the recruitment process. Prior experience in the manufacturing, utilities, and media & entertainment domains is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles in the US, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent. Manage and engage with candidates through phone and video calls, building strong relationships. Assess candidate fit by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their responses. Identify and address potential issues early, ensuring smooth candidate placement. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. Requirements: Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in non-IT recruiting with a track record of successful placements. Domain Expertise: Recruiting experience in the manufacturing, utilities, engineering and media & entertainment domains is highly preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage people effectively over the phone. Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening skills and the ability to read between the lines to identify potential red flags. Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
