Experienced US trucking dispatcher

Job Openings: Two Positions Available We are a transportation company based in Chicagoland, specializing in Refrigerated, Hazmat, Dry Freight, and certified Canada cross-border shipments. We offer training for cross-border and Hazmat logistics for dispatchers with experience. Position 1: Dispatcher with Street Loads Experience (Full-Time, Remote) Responsibilities: Dispatch Refrigerated, Hazmat, and Dry Freight (street loads). Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and internal team. Quickly resolve operational issues to maintain profitability. Occasionally manage cross-border shipments (U.S.-Canada). Ensure accurate load entries and timely paperwork. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years dispatch experience (refrigerated/dry freight). Fluent English required; Russian or Arabic a plus. Reliable internet and home office setup. Ability to independently manage 5-10 Trucks. Compensation: Percentage-based compensation Tools provided to maximize earnings based on truck profitability. Position 2: After-Hours Support Dispatcher (Part-Time, Weekend - Remote) Responsibilities: Provide dispatch support evenings and weekends. Assist drivers with breakdowns, delays, and route planning. Monitor reefer load temperatures match Bill of Lading. Ensure reefer continuous mode using provided software. Verify driver submission of: Reefer temperature settings. Load securement photos. Cargo seal images. Qualifications: Dispatch or roadside assistance experience. Strong multitasking and attention to detail. Fluent English. Reliable internet and home office setup.
