Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates the movement of Inflight team schedulers at the system Operations Control Center
- Administers shift activities of the Inflight Team Scheduling capabilities
- Coordinates and communicates with other operational groups within the Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Ensures contractual agreements and scheduling practices are managed consistently and efficiently
- Serves as a point of contact with bases and other departments within the NOC, enabling open communication and demonstrating collaboration through cross-functional working relationships
- Maintains positive relationships with flight attendant union representatives
- Leads a team of senior schedulers and schedulers
- Develops employees and fosters positive employee engagement
- Represents Inflight Scheduling as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for organizational IT, training, and project initiatives
Essential Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED
- 4 years of Operational Management experience
- 4 years of Scheduling Activities experience
- Strong ability to promote inclusivity, communication, and employee development
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Read and write in English
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet employment eligibility
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position
