**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:
* Logging into Tawk AI and Apollo to access and edit the back-end chat system
* Reviewing months of past customer chats and AI responses to identify areas for improvement
* Improving weak responses by rewriting, expanding, or clarifying where needed
* Adding new answers for unaddressed topics
* Uploading forms and documents that customers need during specific inquiries
* Focusing on step-by-step, process-based responses (e.g., how to register a vehicle, where to mail checks, how to avoid form mistakes)
* Updating content related to recent policies (like residency legislation)
* Using the Tawk AI improvement dashboard – not the public chat box
* Communicating with managers daily in Asana to confirm updates and align priorities
**Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for someone who is:
* Excellent in written English – clear, friendly, and process-driven
* Experienced with chat platforms (Tawk.to, Apollo, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
* Familiar with editing chatbot content and uploading documents/forms
* A fast learner who's confident using SaaS tools or dashboards
* Strong in communication and attention to detail
* Able to work independently but stay highly responsive throughout the day
* Previous success working remotely in a U.S.-based role
**Schedule**
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be working on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
