Job Overview
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet, assisting individuals with customer-related support questions and issues. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Utilize your home computer and internet connection to remotely answer customer support questions and provide administrative support as needed.
- Work independently from your home office, with the flexibility to choose your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, with a variety of times available during the day and evening to fit your schedule.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred.
- A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups, or the ability to set one up.
- A high level of professionalism, excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary, and a willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.
Technical Requirements
To ensure you have the necessary technical capabilities to perform this role, you will need to have:
- A CPU i5 (or equivalent), with i7 recommended, and no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors.
- Internet download speed of at least 5Mbs and upload speed of at least 3Mbs, with a maximum network latency of 250 MS.
- An operating system of Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit), with a minimum of 4GB RAM and 8GB recommended.
- A home office setup with an ethernet cord to connect to your computer, and a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes.
