We are seeking an experienced Work From Home Associate, Collections Customer Assistance to join our team at Hyundai Capital America. Your primary duties will include: * Investigating and analyzing customer complaints and disputes to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner * Handling phone calls and correspondence from customers with escalated issues * Ensuring that customer issues are handled within specified timelines and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately * Collaborating with other departments to achieve a seamless customer experience * Participating in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance **Key Responsibilities** * Perform thorough follow-up and research tasks to ensure effective problem resolution * Handle phone calls and correspondence from customers with escalated issues * Ensure that customer issues, disputes, and inquiries are handled within specified timelines * Properly document account information and input data in the appropriate systems * Complete daily work activities to meet operational requirements and goals * Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance * Perform all other duties as assigned **Knowledge and Skills** * Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet daily goals * Strong administrative and organizational skills * Keen attention to detail * Demonstrated problem-solving ability * Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well with others * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written * Knowledge of commonly used terminology, policies, and procedures **Qualifications** * 3-5 years of collections experience * Automotive retail and/or lease experience a plus * High school graduate required; college degree preferred **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions** Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.
