Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Worklife Customer Support Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you will play a vital role in supporting members with the provision and use of our services and resources. Your schedule will be Friday through Tuesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with the possibility of adjustments based on business needs. The first six weeks of your employment will be dedicated to comprehensive training, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $18.50 to $35.29 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
