Our practice includes traditional litigation, mediation, and collaborative divorce. We are organized, thoughtful in our advocacy, and deeply human in how we work with clients during difficult transitions. THE ROLE We are seeking a paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in California family law, who is eager to grow, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ownership, accuracy, and collaboration. This is a full-time paralegal position primarily supporting our associate attorneys. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in California family law procedures and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility while continuing to develop professionally. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You will be trusted with real work and expected to follow matters through from start to finish. Benefits/Perks Health/Dental - no waiting period 401(k) with match - - no waiting period Generous PTO policy Performance and other bonuses Responsibilities  Drafting and preparing pleadings, declarations, discovery requests and responses, and related family law documents Managing calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems to ensure court and case compliance Assisting with financial disclosures, including Preliminary and Final Declarations of Disclosure Supporting litigation, mediation, and collaborative matters from intake through resolution Coordinating filings and e-filing documents with California courts Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff Maintaining organized digital case files and ensuring accuracy across systems Supporting attorneys with trial preparation, mediation preparation, and case strategy logistics Qualifications Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in California family law Familiarity with California court procedures and family law timelines Strong drafting, proofreading, and document-formatting skills Comfort working with Clio, Microsoft Office, NetDocuments, Greenfiling Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence A collaborative mindset paired with a strong sense of individual accountability Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and needs of both clients and office Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required Flexible work from home options available.
