Prepare fields for Crops, plant, fertilize, water, weed, maintain irrigation to water crops, harvest, transport crops to trucks, seed for next crop. Cutting, tethering, racking, and bailing hay, storing hay in barn and loading hay. Work fields to prepare for next crop. Mowing, weed eating of grassed areas. Bush hogging wooded areas. Remove dead trees and brush. Perform a variety of other duties such lubricating and repairing farm machinery used in the fields, maintain fences, barn and outbuildings. Work in extreme weather (heat or cold) for long hours. Work hours and days may vary weather permitting; too much rain may cause work stoppage or delays as the ground becomes too wet. A typical work week will be Monday to Friday, however, the Employer may need workers to work on some Saturdays depending on the peakload and weather.
