We are looking for a professional that keeps the engine running for over 7,500+ contingent workers across a Top Ten Insurer. Are you passionate about system performance, data integrations, and workforce operations. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of tech and talent. What you’ll do: •Support the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) program, ensuring smooth operations across contractors, freelancers, vendors, and service providers. •Collaborate closely with partners like KellyOCG and systems like Beeline (VMS) and SAP. •Own and troubleshoot critical integrations—from timecard workflows to SOW tracking and ID provisioning. •Analyze and report on key metrics to continuously improve performance and compliance Requirements Your tech & problem-solving skills matter Strong knowledge of API functionality and data integrations . Experience working with Beeline, SAP, or similar enterprise tools . Proficiency in reporting and analytics. Sharp diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in complex technical environments. What we’re looking for: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong ownership mindset and attention to system performance. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
