What You’ll Do
We are looking for ambitious, confident, goal-oriented sales professionals who are passionate about helping others. As a Federal Benefits Specialist, you will work remotely to educate federal employees on how to maximize their benefits and guide them toward a secure retirement. This is a career-changing opportunity for individuals eager to make a lasting impact—both for their clients and themselves.
- Consultative Sales Approach – Meet with pre-set leads (no cold calling) via virtual appointments to assess client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions including life insurance and annuity products.
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service – Build long-term, trust-based relationships with an exclusive clientele. Offer expert retirement planning, including Social Security optimization and income strategies. Execute high-value transactions with precision and professionalism.
