Supporting people in their daily lives can include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their own home, and supporting leisure, employment, interests, and travel. This role can be fun and rewarding but also challenging and demanding. You may support people in their own homes or out in the community.
