Position Overview: As the Female Telecaller HR Manager at The Elite Job, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing a team of skilled female telecallers across multiple locations. Your expertise in HR management will be instrumental in driving our business's continued success. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews to find the most suitable female telecaller candidates. Onboarding: Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the company culture and are equipped with the necessary resources to excel in their roles. Talent Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of female telecallers, contributing to their professional growth and performance. Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring that individual and team goals are met and providing constructive feedback as needed. Employee Engagement: Create initiatives and activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that boosts employee morale and retention. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR policies and practices are in compliance. Required Skills: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams. Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
