Work with the Senior Recruiter to drive correct use of ATS throughout operations. Deliver tailored staffing solutions for the operation to agreed SLA’s and quality. Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and metrics are collated as required. Work closely alongside the Senior Recruiter to support the end to end process and management of all vacancies and candidates to maximise sourcing opportunities. Oversee the effective management of vacancy to ensure resource is applied in the right area Report across your region throughout the portfolio and to operational stakeholders.
