Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures for the executive protection program in compliance with company standards and regulations. Manage the budget and financial resources for the program, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of funds. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive protection program, including scheduling, logistics, and personnel management. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of the program with overall company strategy. Evaluate and continuously improve the program's effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the program's objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the program as appropriate. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of employees and assets.
