Finance AI Specialist – Investment & Markets

Employment Type: Part Time Start Date: Rolling, As soon as possible Department: Finance & Accounting Role responsibilities: • Translate complex finance concepts into AI-readable formats. • Prompt, test, and refine AI agents for improved domain-specific performance. • Create reusable instructions, templates, and best practices for AI agents. • Potential to collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and design. Minimum requirements: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree or greater in Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, Sales. • 2+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund experience preferred. • Strong practical understanding of financial modeling, transactions, or research workflows. • Demonstrated expertise using and prompting AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.). • Ability to write clear, structured content for both human and AI consumption. • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to work independently. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $100 – $150 / hr.
