About the Role
We are hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) for a highly operational and analytical finance role.
This is not a routine accounting position. The role requires someone who is exceptionally strong in Advanced Excel and Power BI, capable of handling large datasets, building MIS systems, automating reports, and driving financial visibility across departments.
If you are not highly comfortable with Excel and Power BI, this role will not be the right fit.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Only qualified Chartered Accountants will be considered.
2. Advanced Excel – Mandatory
You must be highly confident with:
Pivot Tables
XLOOKUP
SUMIFS
Data Validation
Conditional Formatting
Dashboarding
Complex formulas
Large data handling
Financial MIS reporting
Excel skills will be thoroughly assessed before the interview process.
3. Power BI – Mandatory
Strong working knowledge of:
Dashboard creation
Data visualization
Reporting automation
Data modelling
Business reporting workflows
Candidates without practical Power BI exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management
Monthly closing, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
MIS preparation and management reporting
Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
Financial dashboard creation and reporting
Handling operational payment summaries
Transport invoicing and RCTI handling
Intercompany transaction management
Supporting strategic financial decision-making
Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Managing escalations and finance operations
Process improvement and reporting automation
