This role involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. You should be eager to learn, comfortable with evolving tools, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growing company. What You Will Do Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured. Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time. Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility. Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks. Help enforce process and quality standards across teams. Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work. Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company. Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
