About the position Responsibilities • Assist with period-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries and intercompany account reconciliations. • Collaborate with PepsiCo divisions on various intercompany transactions. • Prepare and present balance sheet reconciliations to the Controller each quarter as part of the Consolidations group review. • Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements for intercompany accounts. • Develop systems and processes that reduce risk of intercompany out-of-balance, provide process efficiencies, and standardize FLNA process for intercompany transactions. • Support external audit requests. • Complete ad hoc projects as requested. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA). • 3+ years Public Accounting experience. • Good time management skills, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
