Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Responsibilities: Day-to-day Accounting: Manage month-end close processes and weekly reconciliations. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Financial Transparency: Ensure clear and transparent financial reporting to support informed decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Staff Accountant. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating audits as needed. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows and leverage technology to automate tasks where possible. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification required. 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
