Develop and oversee financial projects for Delta Air Lines, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop project plans. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on budget, timeline, and risks. Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform project decisions. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial projects. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project risks. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management. Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their project management and financial skills. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support project goals. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in finance and project management. Represent Delta Air Lines in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the company.
