Financial Analyst, Beyond Yoga

About the position Reports into the Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy Manage reporting and financial processes to ensure accurate financial and operational information Build, manage, and socialize analytics dashboards in both Excel and Qlik to facilitate data transparency, encourage stakeholder accountability, and minimize business risk Proactively identify and facilitate business process and systems improvements to enhance reporting and analysis Ensure that appropriate controls and processes are in place to safeguard company assets Make certain that best practices are implemented and followed for organizational and functional development Provide audit support to both internal and external auditors to support audit of related financial statements Run Ad hoc scenarios for new opportunities requiring ROI analysis and/or financial implications Responsibilities • Manage reporting and financial processes to ensure accurate financial and operational information • Build, manage, and socialize analytics dashboards in both Excel and Qlik to facilitate data transparency, encourage stakeholder accountability, and minimize business risk • Proactively identify and facilitate business process and systems improvements to enhance reporting and analysis • Ensure that appropriate controls and processes are in place to safeguard company assets • Make certain that best practices are implemented and followed for organizational and functional development • Provide audit support to both internal and external auditors to support audit of related financial statements • Run Ad hoc scenarios for new opportunities requiring ROI analysis and/or financial implications Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field • 3+ years in financial, business, or marketing analytics function (preferably in retail or apparel) • Experience with financial reporting and analysis, general ledger and reconciliation processes, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures • Ability to articulate financial results and issues to senior management and non-financial audiences • Strong understanding of the balance sheet and income statement • Strong financial modeling skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Experience with SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, SAP Fiori, Qlik, Shopify, and/or Hyperion Planning/Essbase applications • Experience with supply chain finance or inventory management Benefits • Levi Strauss & Co.
