Financial Analyst, Commercial Ventures

Overview We are recruiting for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) position with a fast-growing, multi-brand restaurant investment and operating platform in the Northeast. This role will support FP&A for one of the firm’s core concepts and work closely with a small, highly collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their FP&A career (1–3 years of experience) who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis in a real operating environment. The team is lean and flat, offering strong mentorship and meaningful responsibility from day one. The position has high visibility and daily interaction with senior leadership. The company values practical problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and long-term fit. Prior exposure to restaurants or hospitality (even front-of-house experience) is viewed positively.
